About us

Bottstone is a young and dynamic cloud software development company based in Milano Isola. A certified partner of the SaaS solution PQFORCE (www.pqforce.com) and a team of highly qualified and enterprising IT engineers and designers.

In 2021, PQFORCE expanded its market, moving from a purely Swiss horizon to an international panorama. The solution has also been extended to smaller, emerging companies with the release of three new editions: Free, Starter and Advanced.

Who we’re looking for

We are looking for a reliable and proficient lead software engineer to support our operations in our offices in Milan on site and for the office development of our new opened office in Istanbul. You will be heading a dynamic and collaborative team, working in close relationship with the headquarters in Switzerland and actively taking part in the development of our solutions.

What you will do at Bottstone

• Active involvement in designing new solutions and features as well as their implementation
• Management of the engineering team, from managing daily work and providing guidance to holding quarterly 1-on-1 meetings
• Active involvement in hiring of engineers

Your profile

• Master's degree in computer science
• 5 years of work experience
• Ability to develop sophisticated and robust software
• Practical experience with programming languages and markup JavaScript, HTML and CSS and related development environments like Webstorm
• Practical experience with Java or .NET and related development environments such as IntelliJ IDEA or Visual Studio
• You have a charismatic personality and navigate well in different cultures
• You are fluent in Italian and English, German is an advantage
