Deine Tätigkeit bei Bottstone

In dieser Position führst Du Entwicklungs-Projekte in der Maschinenbauindustrie zum Erfolg. Du verstehst die Kundenanforderungen, erstellst damit das Lasten- und Pflichtenheft und entwickelst und konstruierst darauf aufbauend Lösungen. Du erstellst Fertigungsunterlagen und pflegst Kontakt zu den entsprechenden Lieferanten. Deine Entwicklungen testest und verifizierst Du anhand von Funktionsmustern und Prototypen. Du arbeitest technologieübergreifend, überzeugst mit Deiner Fachkompetenz und sicherem Auftreten und agierst ziel- und lösungsorientiert.

Dein Profil: Du...

• verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (FH, Uni) im Bereich Maschinenbau
• arbeitest souverän auf mindestens einem der gängigen CAD Systemen (ProEngineer, Inventor, Solidedge, Solidworks, Unigraphics, CATIA) und begeisterst Dich fürs Entwickeln, Konstruieren und Modellieren.
• hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
• bist proaktiv, teamfähig, kommunikativ und zielorientiert und kannst dich rasch in neue Kundensituationen einarbeiten.

Who we’re looking for

We are looking for a reliable and proficient lead software engineer to support our operations in our offices in Milan on site and for the office development of our new opened office in Istanbul. You will be heading a dynamic and collaborative team, working in close relationship with the headquarters in Switzerland and actively taking part in the development of our solutions.

What you will do at Bottstone

• Active involvement in designing new solutions and features as well as their implementation
• Management of the engineering team, from managing daily work and providing guidance to holding quarterly 1-on-1 meetings

Your profile

• Master's degree in computer science
• 5 years of work experience
